The Success Lab is a collaborative, applied research initiative committed to understanding how environmental place-based ENGOs contribute to long-term social and environmental change. Through genuine partnerships with practitioners, we co-produce knowledge that is both academically rigorous and operationally useful.
Our outputs— including reports, peer-reviewed publications and research briefs— explore the organizational practices, relational dynamics, governance processes, institutional arrangements, and enabling conditions that support sustained impact over time. Rather than evaluating individual projects, our work focuses on how ENGOs navigate complexity, adapt to changing conditions, and build the capacity for enduring change.
