Liz Felker is the Program Director of the Success Lab at the Yale School of the Environment, where she has been involved since the Lab’s inception in 2024. A social scientist and environmental facilitator, Liz’s work focuses on understanding how environmental organizations contribute to lasting social and environmental change and on creating spaces where diverse perspectives can learn from one another. Prior to joining the Success Lab, she served as Associate Director of The Forests Dialogue, designing and facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogue processes across Brazil, Finland, Ghana, Indonesia, Tanzania, and Uganda. Drawing on her background in political ecology and qualitative research, Liz works closely with practitioners and researchers to generate actionable insights that strengthen environmental practice and impact. She holds a Master of Environmental Science from the Yale School of the Environment.
